Joe Ladd, owner of Paragon Craft and master craftsman has worked independently taking on creative work on since 1999.  He has worked side by side other craftsman; he has managed and overseen large scale installations with the "belt on".  His primary skill resides in the ability to take what is conceived in the multi dimensional minds of those he works for, and build it, so that it is palpable and tangible in the reality we all share. Together.
